We installed the FlyAudio E8039NAVI-2 (FA039-2) unit on a brand new 2010 Lexus IS250 for testing. It is now confirmed that the FlyAudio E8039NAVI-2 (FA039-2) is fully compatible with 2010 Lexus IS250.
