Our success relies heavily on the success of our resellers and dealers, as well as their expertise and abilities to provide their customers with the most advanced  multimedia & GPS navigation systems. It is our committment to providing you with the products and services necessary to help your business grow and increase the profitability of the products. Before you decide to become our esteemed authorized dealer, you might have some questions. You might choose to contact us, or we recommend you read through our FAQ below. You might find the answers you are looking for right away. If you still have any questions that we haven't gotten answers here, you are always welcome to contact us.

Do you have any warehouse in the US? In fact, we are a US-based company that provides customers and dealers with all the necessary services and supports, and we do have a warehouse in the US. Our headquarters in China is actually a manufacturer, the second largest of such products in China. We are here fully responsible for sales and supports. You sell our products and we take care of the rest, including RMA and technical supports, etc.

Do you drop ship? No, we do not drop ship.

Do you have any minimum order requirement? No minimum order is required.

Please email us your price list. As for the price list, this takes a little bit work since we need to protect our dealers. If you are interested in becomeing our dealer, please ask us for a form of dealership authorization, fill it out and send it in along with copies of your business license. Once we receive it and approve, we will set you up in our system and give you an account where you can access to a website where you can see the wholesale prices and place orders.

How can we place order ? via email? Which email is for placing orders? Once you become our authorized dealer, you can go to our exclusive dealer page to place orders. Once you become an authorized dealer, we will create an account for you, and then you will see the wholesale prices for you. Everything works through that website.

Do you provide free shipping? We do not provide free shipping, so that's the part you have to work around with your customers. When you place an order through that website, you will see the shipping charge the system has calculated for you.

Where do you ship your products from? We ship the products out from our warehouse in the State of Washington.

Do you ship internationally? According to our HQ policy, we can only do business in North America, including Canada. If you get business outside this territory, it's between you and your customer. We will only ship the product to you, and you ship it to the country outside the territory.

Ship to AK/HI/PR? Ship to APO/FPO? We only ship to physical addresses, including AK/HI/PR, but not APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes.

What’s your return policy? Our return policy is simple and easy, 14 days from the days the customer receives the products. You don't even have to worry the RMA. We will take care of that for you. Please be noted that if a customer asks for a refund, then it has to go through you first.

Could you provide your product images and descriptions? We need the information to upload your products to our website. We can and we are willing to provide you with all the product images and descriptions. Just let me know how detailed you want us to write about the products. By the way, we specialize in vehicle specific design. That means each of our designs can only fit a specific car model seamlessly, and we have 94 designs so far that can fit 94 makes and models. Please let us know how you want us to present the information to you, or you want to work around it and come up with a new way of advertising such products.

Will you email us the tracking number and invoice once an order is placed? Yes, we will email you the tracking number and invoice once an order is being processed. There are two ways you may place orders. One is to call us. However, we highly recommend you do the second one. Just use that website and it will generate the invoice automatically. When we have the tracking number, we will update it online and you will automatically be notified.

How do I request a sample for evaluation? Just ask and we will send you a form of Credit Card Payment Authorization. Don't worry. We are not going to charge you for the sample. It's just a precaution in case anything goes wrong. Once we receive your Payment Authorization, we will send you a sample, including the postage for you to return the sample to us. You will have 30 days to test and evaluation the product. Remember, you are not going to spend any money in the process of evaluation.
